Description and Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR Partner for IDG Services employees in Asia Pacific and China and designated teams, including management of geo-specific HR programs, processes, and training
  • Partner collaboratively with Center of Excellence (COE) HR teams to ensure that corporate HR programs are delivered efficiently and effectively (e.g., talent acquisition, organization development, compensation)
  • Responsible for headcount management and tracking within IDG Services as well as other HR operational tasks (ex. Workday, one-time payments, data changes)
  • Assist/support Lenovo HR key program and initiative implementation for IDG Services
  • Take the role of China Training focal to coordinate with IDG Services HRP for annual training information sharing and training nominations for China based employees of IDG Services
  • Take the role of ‘We are Lenovo’ Culture focal of IDG Services and coordinate relevant initiative

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, prior HR Business Partner experience is preferred
  • Results orientation and demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good communication, presentation, consultation, partnership and interpersonal skills and comfort with Executive-level interaction
  • Proactive, self-motivated, customer-focused and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while also considering future organizational requirements with a positive outlook.
  • Prior experience working with teams across multiple geographies is a plus. Must be willing to adopt a flexible time schedule and work style to meet the needs of a complex and matrixed global organization.
