Description and Requirements
In this position you will be responsible for processing monthly/quarterly Incentives and Commissions for the Lenovo EMEA Sales team. You will need strong analytic and data management skills for reviewing, tracking, and processing commissions while ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer commission process by maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing relevant revenue and commissions data, secure accurate and timely payouts in accordance with the terms of the EMEA commission sales plans
- Ensure the visibility of commission details (quota/attainments) in I&C related tools
- Analyze the I&C data sources (revenue, profit, signings) including territory revenue data and effectively communicate with Sales Teams to ensure they understand the drivers of their territory performance and related impact on their commissions
- Report and communicate analysis on quota and incentive attainment for the sales teams at regular intervals and as required to gain insight into sales performance, including quarterly report outs
- Work closely with country sales operations, finance, and country sales management
- Process monthly and quarterly commission payments for assigned business segments/markets
- Research, reconcile and resolve commission payment disputes/discrepancies reported by the Sales Teams through effective communication
- Develop and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with the Sales Teams and Sales Operations
- Become trusted advisor for commission related topics in your region/business group for other Lenovo functions
- Support other general sales reporting requirements as needed
- Lead or participate in other projects or duties as assigned
Organization
You will report to the leadership and management of I&C, supporting sales employees. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
Position requirements:
- You have 1-3 years' of experience in business / data / financial analytics or reporting roles
- Preferred is incentive background
- MS Excel advanced level is a must
- You have good time management skills to meet critical deadlines
- You have excellent English communication skills (written/verbal) in order to communicate and present to Sales Management
- Data analysis and data interpretation skills
- University or High School education
- Qlik Sense, SQL and Anaplan is an advantage

Base gross monthly salary from 1900 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
