Description and Requirements

Deal Analysis Gather and assess customer needs to design a solution Identify needs (new project, expansion) identify competition Solution Design Create a solution to meet customer’s requirements and beat competition Investigates and optimizes a solution’s fit to the requirement of an opportunity Adapt solution design to new requirements Customer Relationship Engage with the customer´s technical team maintaining an excellent communication Represent Lenovo as technical expert with customers, sharing knowledge and helping with technical definitions Use effective consultative selling techniques Build customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor Team Collaboration Lead and execute Proof of Concepts for customers Engage with the account team with product and solution definition, design, presentation, proposal support and providing information to the implementation team about the designed project Helps teammates in area of expertise when required Engages other resources as needed and learn with the interaction Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction Engage with channel partners for pipeline project analysis and technical matters Support channel partner on key deals
