We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to work on our core platform supporting the Cloud and Software team part of the Global Innovation Center.
This is an exciting role that will utilize big data to generate insights for on-device interactions and guide the development of AI-driven solutions. This role will also be responsible for crafting our AI data roadmap and strategy, with a focus on contributing to the creation of an GenAI Assistant along with integrating GenAI capabilities across the core platform.

Responsibilities:
As an AI Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the mid-to-long-term product data strategy for GenAI solutions.
The right candidate knows how to leverage industry trends and customer usage scenarios to provide best practices for implementation and planning of emerging technologies and application solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution of the core software platform for the Cloud and Software team.
You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
Preparation of product roadmaps and release plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
Research and create content (documentation) around the customer journey, engineering, testing (QA), UX requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a product manager in the software industry.
In-depth understanding of data and data techniques to run GenAI applications.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and E2E testing for non-deterministic GenAI applications.
Proven track record of launching a GenAI solution, having solved challenges such as: adversarial cases, unauthorized information and access, hallucinations, lack of confidence etc.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-cultural teams.
