Description and Requirements

Senior Solutions Channel Rep are sales professionals responsible for selling Lenovo offerings (hardware, software, services, and solutions)

They are responsible for building partner relations and working closely with our Channel/Distribution Partners.

Senior Solutions Channel Rep will serve as the central point of contact for the Authorised partners across ISG opportunities and pipeline management, training and enablement and managing customer relationships and escalations.

Key responsibilities:

-Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling Lenovo's range of products and services using consultative selling techniques

-Develop appropriate sales opportunities and pipeline by building and maintaining strong channel relationships.

-Proactive calling into identified prospects and install base accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets

-Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within CRM tool

 -Maintain current and accurate pipeline information in CRM about all opportunities in assigned territory

-Understand Partner programs/ tools and to train/enable our partners

-Work with Distribution partners to manage the sales cycle from qualification through to closure.


-Previous Business Development/ Infrastructure Sales experience within the IT sector (2 years+)

-Should have successful history of partner sales, and consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals

-Experience in relationship selling or appropriate industry experience/exposure.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work well within a dynamic team.

Desirable Requirements

-An intimate understanding of solution selling of storage and IaaS

-Channel experience working with the long-tail
