Description and Requirements

About Our Team

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM). This role is a key leadership position responsible for managing complex server product programs for hyperscaler customers in North America. As a Senior TPM, you will drive the successful execution of product development and delivery, collaborating with global teams to meet stringent customer requirements and timelines.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program execution, from requirements gathering to product delivery, ensuring alignment with hyperscaler customer expectations and business objectives.

  • Act as the primary liaison for hyperscaler customers, providing clear communication on project scope, schedules, milestones, and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with global teams, including R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless program execution and deliverables.

  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address technical, schedule, and resource challenges. Ensure issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Establish and track program metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

  • Ensure all products and processes comply with customer standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.

  • Oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with financial targets.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of technical program management experience, with at least 5 years working directly with hyperscaler customers in North America.
  • Experience  managing large-scale, complex server or data center product programs in the cloud or IT infrastructure industry.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of server hardware, hyperscaler data center infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working effectively with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid program management frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet customer and project needs.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
