Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing inventory monthly
  • Preparation of monthly forecast
  • Analysis of variances and key cost drivers.
  • Building reports from databases to support the analysis and decision making.
  • Participate on implementation of projects i.e. Anaplan & Power BI.
  • Continous monitoring of usage accounts and reconciliation with Ops-data
  • Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.
  • Continuous review of all ledger entries and clarification with accounting teams (review of account information and profit center)
  • Support of monthly closing with continuous analysis of entries and comparison to forecast-data
  • Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting and Business Operations)
  • Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models
  • Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions

Position requirements:

  •  Finance and Accounting degree,
  • Experience in FP&A and Services Business Unit.
  • MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
  •  Experience using database querying tools
  •  Strong communication skills in English.
  •  Analytical and sensitive to numbers
