Description and Requirements

Responsibility As Service Delivery Manager AP

  • Handling End to End After Sales Deliverables for AP MBG Services & PCSD Premium Service..
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement process improvement with the customer in mind.
  • Ensure consistency of our customer care approach to maximize efficiency across the organization
  • Plan, organize, lead, and control Field Service and Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • End to End Vendor Management, periodical reviews to keep check on their overall operation, spare parts, claims and other financial management.
  • Understand, evaluate and propose improvements on Field Services operational process.
  • Periodical visits and audit at DESC/ESC/CCI to keep check on the hygiene related KPIs, training and support required if any.
  • Develop and support the implementation of frameworks to increase effectiveness and resolution on every touchpoint of Field Service Delivery
  • Create innovative and cost-efficient initiatives to improve operational excellence and CX.
  • Actively participate in shortlisting and finalization of ESC/CCIs keeping a check it meets brands requirement.
  • Regular engagement with Sales team & regional team to discuss any open points/challenges, and work towards amicable solution.
  • Actively involved in drafting and formulating various SOP related to field operation.
  • Working with cross functional team(SCM, Finance) to ensure the business needs are meet, participating Cost/CPI Monthly discussion, NPI and GTM readiness discussions.
  • Working with SSC team to ensure part delivery SLA's are met to ensure customer delivery is being taken care.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
