Description and Requirements

Service OE  
(Scheduling)
1.BP meeting(Daily): Hold BP meeting on daily basis to identify critical order and components. 
2.Scheduling on time( Daily): Schedule production plan once mateiral is avaialbe. Focus on highlighted orders.  
3.Coordination with MFG: Coordinate with mass production and engineering team to meet delivery date commit. 
4.Coordination with Development: For components EOLed, work with development team to check off-spec or destroke or other solutions to meet customer demand.  
5.Lead Time: Work with GSM and other functions to reduce lead time. 

(Logistics) 
1.Shipment status tracking(daily): Daily track FGI status then create DN. 
2.Critical shipment followup(daily): Closely work with LSTC WH on DN operation, especially for critical or NPI order. 
3.Shipment booking(daily): Daily book shipment with assigned forwarders or IOR. 
4.Shipping Document Preparation: Timely provide related shipment documents or pre-alert document to forwarder & customer. 5.Shipment followup: Follow up shipment delivery status. Highlight & fix issue to forwarder or customer if needed. 
6.Resolve issues: coordinate with related parties on goods damage, missing, etc.
