Description and Requirements

This position will partner with the Solution and Sustainability Manager and will report to the business unit CFO under the Solutions and Services HQ Finance Organization. The position will require to work in a cross functional environment in worldwide set up. This is a fast-paced position for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills. This position will be a hybrid position, allowing the employee work from the office and home each week. We are currently considering candidates who live in Buenos Aires. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Serve as the Financial Lead for our Sustainability business unit by providing advice on business modeling & strategy and by overseeing its financial performance 

  • Lead on annual budget planning activities for the practice, interfacing with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy, financial goals and execution roadmap   

  • Coordinate the monthly forecasting process for the Practice at a global level 

  • Participate in the Offering Development Process by signing-off business cases & investment proposals for new product offerings, co-developing financial models and business scenarios while ensuring compliance within GAAP and other local tax requirements 

  • Develop and co-drive, along with the Sustainability business unit Leader, the BU operational KPIs 

 

Position Requirements 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Finance and product portfolio experience with full P/L scope and global experience 

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities 

  • Demonstrated financial acumen and overall business insight 

  • Flexibility to work early morning and late evening hours to accommodate global calls 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience 

  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to our leadership team 

  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
