Description and Requirements

This is a service delivery operations analyst position in the NA Services Organization.  Ideal candidate will have 3 years operations experience.


    • Strive for operational excellence by driving continuous operations improvement.
    • Work with operational and cost data primarily for use in analysis, forecasting and providing business insights.
    • Interpret data through analysis and provide insights and findings to leadership for use in making informed business decisions. 
    • Identify and explain drivers for both service delivery and cost KPI’s.
    • Create reports using Power BI and other tools.
    • Partner with various business groups, IT teams and peers to understand business needs and solve complex business intelligence requests.
    • Manage projects to drive improvement.

Position Requirements:

    • Proficient at advanced Excel tools, formulas, visual creation
    • Power BI
    • SQL
    • Proficient at PowerPoint including how best to format content based on the audience
    • Familiarity with visual analytics tools
    • Possess strong critical thinking by being able to skillfully analyze, assess, and reconstruct a problem
    • Communicate and present - both verbally and in writing - complex data and analytical insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management
    • Services operations experience preferred
