Description and Requirements

We are seeking an Services Renewal Specialist(After Point of Sale) to join our EMEA Services Sales team to work with our Global Accounts, focused on accelerating growth in our warranty renewals business in EMEA. 

As our new team member, you will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on a key part of our services business.  The ideal APOS sales representative will be assertive, goal-oriented, articulate, and possess sound phone and customer-facing skills.

The ideal candidate will work closely with other APOS sales and business teams to drive revenue generation and establish a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and our external partners.

ISR Responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of Lenovo’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. Depending on the specific segment, this could include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell, and expansion).

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with several calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The candidate is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers to sell products/services or renew existing contracts.

You will be reporting to EMEA APOS Sales Manager based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – the majority of communication is outbound
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects  
  • Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
  • Other duties, as assigned and necessary

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred
  • Prior success in achievement in individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships  
  • Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data  
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs  
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success 
  • Business fluent in country local language( any additional European languages would be plus)
