Description and Requirements

The International IDG Services Business Operation Specialist will support BMS Senior Manager to create and expand Lenovo Services Go Big operations across all regions and segments worldwide. This role requires a Specialist who can effectively coordinate across worldwide and regional management teams to ensure that business objectives, key initiatives and P&L targets are followed up. This Specialist shall have both strategic business understanding and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support managements for business decisions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales quota target setting and measurement.  Recommends revisions to quota criteria to align with overall strategy. 
  • Provides support and advice relating to services sales spiffs and contests. 
  • Represents International IDG Services in WW meetings and projects. 
  • Leads in preparing/revising various management review decks, including organizing pre-meeting reviews with the Services leaders. 
  • Manages the review schedules and coordinate with other extended team members to ensure that the decks are promptly prepared and consolidated. 
  • Coordinates Regional Sales Reviews, reports and tracks progress of action items. 
  • Monitors sales pipeline and highlights risks and opportunities.
  • Tracks progress of strategic initiatives and returns on investments. 
  • Provides data driven analysis and advices to the management and business development managers in the area of Services Sales and its operations through generation of reports and dashboards. 
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the Services Sales planning and reporting efforts.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to Services Sales.  
  • Recommends revisions to existing reports and develops new reports/analyses as required. 
  • Collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, compensation team, hardware and services business leaders and business development managers
  • Recruit, train, lead, manage and develop talents within the team.
  • Organize Services workshop and set agenda as required. 
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
