Description and Requirements

We are currently recruiting a Sales Support representative & Claims Analyst, who will play a key role in supporting our sales teams across EMEA and optimizing our services sales processes, together with claims processing. The candidate will be responsible to understand the end to end systems used to create and manage service contracts and support day to day activity in those systems.

The Sales Support & Claims team is crucial for Lenovo in order to help our business grow, speed up the contract process, and increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for pro-active people who do not like a routine at work. The team supports the EMEA region, and we are looking for candidates with the following language combination: English + any other language is welcome

Interactions: The team will interact with Sales teams (40%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management – 20%), and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (40%) This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.


Responsibilities include:

       Contract Creation

       Validation of terms and conditions

       Contract Maintenance

       Contract Renewals

       Contract Registration

       Proposal and Price Quotes Creation

       Solution Design / Configuration

       SOW Preparation

       Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance

Position Requirements: 

The Services Sales Support Representative & Claims Analyst will have excellent contract language/creation background, teaming skills, quality improvement, and organization skills.  We need somebody who will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and demonstrates a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution.    

 

Other requirements included:  

       1+ year of contract administration experience  

       Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc) 

       Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management 

       Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor, and document data  

       Strong written and verbal English communication skills  

       Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills  

       Facilitation and collaboration skills Must be a team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented

       Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects/priorities   


Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
