Description and Requirements

The EMEA Services Solutions Lead will be tasked with driving the Solutions business in EMEA as a subject matter expert (SME) for Lenovo and technology partner solutions.  They will drive the strategic approach working closely with the Sales, Offering, and solution teams, as well and business partners across high-level customer engagements.  They will educate and promote Lenovo solutions to GTM teams, devising approaches to ensure solution value propositions, selling strategies, applications, and pricing strategies are fully understood.   The Services Solution Lead will also leverage their industry knowledge, customer insights, and wider network to provide requirements and guidance to the Lenovo portfolio, service, and engineering teams to enhance Lenovo’s offerings going forward. 

Role Capabilities:

This role requires a blend of domain expertise across different technology solutions as well as management, sales, and marketing skills.  The ideal candidate will have technical and commercial knowledge to create solutions covering the full suite of technology and be able to identify how and where to take these to market.  The candidate should possess persuasive presentation and excellent communications skills, as well as exceptional relationship management skills, as they will be working directly with customers, strategic partners, as well as key executives. They should also have prior experience selling, marketing, and creating complex solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business outcomes.  

You will report to Executive Director for Services Sales, Lenovo EMEA 

Role Requirements:

  • Experience creating, selling, and marketing complex solutions, spanning a full range of technology with proven results
  • 5+ Years in a key strategic role driving Solutions from both an industry vertical and horizontal focus across key markets in EMEA
  • 7+ Years with responsibilities for sales, business development, marketing, or product management
  • A passion for engaging, listening to, and learning from others
