Now we aspire to take this business to the next level both by driving our existing, hardware-focused offerings but also by expanding our professional services footprint and providing end-to-end solutions to solve our clients’ business challenges. Having these priorities in mind we are looking for exceptional candidates into the role of Solution & Services Sales Executive for our region of Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

As Solution & Services Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving IDG Solutions & Services in our Enterprise and Public Sector and Global Accounts segment for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

As our Solution & Services Sales Executive you will: 

  • Drive territory and account planning with the core sales teams deriving strategies to increase the penetration of the service
  • Qualify, Develop and close services & solution opportunities together with the extended Lenovo teams or on their own
  • Focus on larger deals for both close-to-the-box as well as professional services solutions
  • Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs.
  • Engage with partners effectively to jointly develop solutions fitting to the customer’s needs
  • Build growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages the planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.
  • Is responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half-yearly or yearly revenue quotas.
  • Act as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key Stakeholders
  • Cooperates with the growing, extended team of services & solutions experts within the region and EMEA
  • Help to coordinate our efforts to grow the services business in the Consumer & SMB segment and through the channel locally

The role reports to the regional Solution & Services Sales leader.

Key requirements are:

  • 5+ years of experience of selling client related services to Large Enterprises and / or the Public sector
  • Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management
  • Experience and expertise selling to senior level business decision makers up to C-Level contacts;
  • The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's Services & solutions and have a firm understanding of industry strategies and products;
  • Experience leading large deals especially also complex E2E client solutions
  • Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions and capabilities
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Fluent English
