Description and Requirements

Can you lead the marketing strategy and execution for an incubation business? Are you always curious and looking for growth?

We are looking for a new Smart Devices Marketing Manager to support our consumer smart devices products including smart home, smart displays, smart clocks and many more.
You will manage all marketing strategies, marketing operations, retail and channel marketing negotiation and execution. You will fully support all smart devices product launches across brick and mortar & online accounts. You will report into the global consumer segment organization and work closely with the business management and sales teams. This role will support multiple European countries and the manager of the role is based in France. As an individual contributor you will lead multiple cross-team projects.

What is waiting for you in this role?
• Develop go to market marketing strategy for retail to optimize consideration & purchase
• Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with retail partners within agreed budgets and KPIs
• Continuous measurement, optimization of marketing programs to drive efficiency
• Management and distribution of co-marketing budget, focusing on performance metrics
• Present key marketing materials in front of retailers, executives, business development teams
• Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall team strategy
• Secure external brand partner alignment & follow compliance process
• Identify new channel marketing opportunities and position for review to help in future decisions
• Coordinate and manage marketing elements of QBRs including share regional context & performance across channels
• Manage cross-functional resources and agencies to execute the marketing strategy, localize content and drive in-market execution

What do we expect from you?
• 5-8 years of marketing experience
• Part of your background is ideally coming from smart home consumer devices (smart home, smart clocks, smart displays or other home lifestyle products)
• Operational marketing experience
• You know how to run co-marketing programs all the way through execution
• Attention to details, analytical skills
• Have experience supporting more European countries
• Fluent English speaking skills, any additional European language (FR, ES, DE) is a plus but not mandatory
• You are curious and enjoy brining new ideas to the table for improvements
