Description and Requirements

Job responsibilities include:

  •  Ensuring seamless integration of Social and Display channels into Lenovo’s overall marketing strategies: Product messaging, product offers, testing, reporting and data optimization customization.
  •  Work with an audience first approach, setting the right strategy in each step of the funnel with reach and conversion objectives.
  •  Manage Social campaigns with performance objectives for 5 countries across LATAM.
  •  Managing weekly offers ad copy for promotional Ads.
  •  Manage monthly calendar for operations projects and marketing campaigns.
  •  Work with design, development, and brand teams to develop series of creatives to support products and ensure Lenovo’s brand and messaging consistency within the social media and Display ecosystem.
  •  Analyze results and provide insights oriented to maximize performance and meet aggressive sales goals

Basic Qualifications:

  •  Marketing experience - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles
  •  1-3 years leading paid social, programmatic display programs.
  •  Ecommerce experience - Previous eCommerce experience preferred. -
  •  Experience in budget management
  •  Proven experience working with Facebook Ads manager.
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Communication - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization - Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment. - Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams.
  • Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking - Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Analytics tools: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager (Preferred qualifications)
