This position is part of the Android Software Platform team responsible for Android software enhancement, carrier customizations and new leading edge experience development.  The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

1. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance, time and cost constraints. 

2. Design and implement extended functions on Android platform, mostly in Framework and Application layers.

3. Integrate the latest Android platform to mobile products, analyze and fix issues to support product delivery.

4. Tune up system/application performance and improve system/application stability using the strong background in Computer Operating System, Embedded System, and multi-thread programming.

5. Contribute to innovation with new ideas and concepts as well as iterative prototypes.
