Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Cloud & Software Organization is seeking a Software Operations Specialist Intern to provide operational support for SaaS and software products.

The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration, relationship, and organizational skills with a willingness to learn CRM, fulfillment, and reporting systems. The candidate shall also be process orientated, a proactive self-starter, exhibit the ability to work effectively with cross functional worldwide teams, and have a customer first mentality.

Scope includes:

  • Coordinate customer support
  • Internal sales support & troubleshooting
  • Operational support of partner relationships
  • Provide pipeline and revenue reporting
  • Special bid management
  • Coordinate product requests
  • Commission support
  • Opportunity & pricing analysis
  • Deal registration
  • Daily operations tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of order fulfillment systems
  • Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse and global community
  • Problem Solving: Must have the ability to quickly analyze complex problems, then create and implement solutions.
  • Strong communicator: English speaking; excellent written and oral skills are a must, as the individual must have the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of staff, management, and customers
  • Customer Centric Mindset: Must have a “customer first” mentality to ensure an exceptional
  • Customer Experience, in support of our organizations overall satisfaction (OSAT) KPIs.
  • Independent and proactive thinker who can manage their own workload
