Description and Requirements

This Software Procurement Operations Specialist will manage and optimize procurement processes, optimize rebate opportunities from key Software partners, manage weekly business management systems with key Software partners, and support Operations Team Lead with strong data analytics and analysis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in and influence design for procurement system implementations, improvements, and processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities with procurement processes.
  • Optimize rebate achievement from key Software partners.
  • Act as intermediary between Software Procurement and other functions / departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage several Software partners special programs targets at certain industry verticals or market segments.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Procurement operations for a global tech company.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technological, financial, and business orientation.
  • Ability to implement methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
