Description and Requirements

The Commercial Software AR/VR Product Manager is a leading role in our Cloud Software business transformation and a key part of our software product team. We are seeking an experienced Software Product Owner with a proven record of leading and driving successful Commercial AR/VR software and hardware products/solutions.

Key projects for the role are the ongoing software development work on Wearable & Mobile platforms and applications. We are seeking talented individuals with a solid background in this space who have experience in Mobile hardware OS experience and App development.


Who can coordinate, execute, and report on these projects through using skills in project management.


In this position, you will facilitate the creation and ongoing improvements of hardware and software experiences, enabling to release applications in AR/VR domain.


We are flexible with the location if you are in the US.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, TPM, Design and Engineering to develop and drive reliable execution plans
  • Support Team Sprint operation including coordinating leadership reviews
  • Help teams understand and improve their execution velocity
  • Setup product development processes for technical teams
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to complex develop product features
  • Track and assess progress, report risk, triage new work (bugs/features)
  • Build & manage dashboards for tracking product and product pillar's status and velocity
  • Be adaptable and able to manage ambiguity
  • Ability to be effective working autonomously in a fast-paced environment


Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Proven knowledge and application of techniques to maximize effective software development (SDLC)
  • Strong knowledge of Wearables and mobile OS platforms and application interaction.
  • Knowledge of principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio, Agile etc.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product, project, and program management experience in technology domain


Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of software product development process in technology company and managing technical work of multiple teams
  • Experience in virtual reality products and services, Networked 3D Interactive games (or similarly complex networked entertainment product)
  • Experience of working on project management tools and frameworks
  • Experience in working on VR and AR platforms and application development.
