Description and Requirements
As a Product Operations Lead, you will be an integral part of our Cloud Software team, responsible for driving successful product delivery and business transformation. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in working with software product management teams, skilled in Scrum methodology, and capable of finding innovative and differentiated solutions to cross-function problems.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve business processes and drive operational excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and services, to drive business growth and profitability.
This role will be within the Personal & Gaming product line management team, focusing on driving software solutions that define our on-device software experience.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement business operations strategies within the software organization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze key performance indicators and metrics across a portfolio of software products to identify areas for improvement and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to align product strategy with product launch timelines, including identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies against those risks
- Track project plans, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio and track progress against them
- Help build and execute against an annual strategic product and budget plan
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve project efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent real-world experience.
- 5+ years of business operations or project management experience.
- 5+ years of Agile methodology and scrum team experience.
- Cloud-driven and cross-device (PC, mobile) software market experience
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding organizational skills, especially the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities being executed by multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- PMP Certification
- Strong analytical & business skills and ability to evaluate a mix of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
