Description and Requirements

Duties include: assisting customers who have already purchased through our site, answering post-sale questions, order status, declined payment inquiries, or billing. Aftermarket representatives will work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The call center hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and may vary depending on the time zone of the market being served.

Fluent English mandatory.

Basic knowledge of hardware desired.

Exclusive secondary title.

Desirable to have knowledge of SAP / Genesys / Dynamics.

Call center experience desirable.
