Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、负责智驾项目前期及开发过程软件需求的沟通、确认、管理。

2、项目开发过程中进度和风险管理，制定项目跟踪文档，及时发现项目问题、风险并推进解决，跟踪项目的进度和质量，确保版本保质按时交付；

3、与软件开发团队成员进行充分沟通和交流，确保信息畅通及项目顺利开展；

4、负责项目软件开发过程中的对外沟通、对内协调，带领软件团队完成软件开发，对项目软件质量负责；

5、负责对接智能驾驶项目经理进行项目交付，确保项目关键里程碑点的完成；

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，通讯、电子、自动化、计算机或软件工程等相关专业，电子、汽车等相关行业工作经验优先；
2、熟悉嵌入式软件开发、设计流程，具有3~8年软件开发或者软件测试经验者优先；

3、有较强的英语听说读写能力，能够与外籍客户进行口语交流的优先；

4、快速学习能力，喜欢接受挑战，具备良好沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力。

5、良好的沟通、表达和协调能力，喜欢或者善于沟通；

6、有软件需求管理、软件项目管理经验优先。
