Description and Requirements

This role will be a key individual contributor that requires leadership and partnership across cross-functional teams to execute against Lenovo’s Turnkey Solutions (HW, SW, and services) strategy. This team creates pre-packaged, pre-configured turnkey solutions offered as-a-Service consumption with full deployment/maintenance support.  The solutions are hardware/software/services bundles that are easy, flexible, and complete.  

 The candidate must be execution-oriented, have a builder mentality, and possess the personal drive to build a growth business within an established organization. The candidate must couple those skills with strong relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence internal stakeholders as well as external customer and partner audiences. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in SaaS, AR/VR, Automation and/or AI/ML driven intelligent transformation and have demonstrable experience in developing horizontal and industry vertical solutions.

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Drive & Execute on the Turnkey Solutions strategy. Build trust and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact

  • Leverage research and market analysis to define solutions capabilities and direction

  • Be the voice of the partners and translate goals and needs into actionable deliverables

  • Build and present the business case for new offers including assessing market opportunity and forecasting projected revenue and market share

  • Work in close partnership with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans to bring solutions to market

  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to develop value-props, positioning, and messaging

  • Help meet our growth targets to expand the reach of our service offerings


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with solution product management expertise preferred in one or more of the following areas: SaaS, AI/ML, AR/VR, Edge, Automation, Analytics

  • Driving product vision and go-to-market strategy

  • Experienced through full product life cycles, managing, and launching products

  • Creative thinker and problem solver

  • A bias for action and ability to build internal champions across the organization

  • Ability to be self-motivated towards achievement and measurement of established goals

  • Demonstrate data-driven decision-making skills
