We are looking for a Solutions Architect to support the sales team by providing qualified technical assistance throughout the sales process of IT infrastructure solutions. The professional will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing technical solutions, conducting presentations and demos, and ensuring that proposals meet both technical and commercial expectations.
Representative Responsibilities
Manage technical customer relationship, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts
Lead account planning and opportunity identification; conduct opportunity prioritization.
Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to generate & coordinate solutions
Interaction
Customer relationship skills and experience, to promote and enable a thorough understanding the customers’ business goals and objectives.
Demonstrate effective coaching techniques; provide feedback and seek learning opportunities
Adapt communications and approaches to drive negotiations to conclusion with various parties, resulting in common agreements
Problem Solving
Analyze new situations; anticipate potential problems and future trends; assess opportunities’ impacts and risks
Define problems, diagnose causes, identify solutions and create action plans
Apply creativity and judgment in developing new approaches and solutions
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, networking).
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.).
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers).
- Ability to design and present technical solutions to different types of clients.
- Clear and objective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical needs into a language accessible to customers.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, Hyper-V, etc.) and backup solutions.
- Teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
- Certifications in IT infrastructure (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are desirable.
- Previous experience in a pre-sale’s role or technical support with a sales focus is a plus.
Differentials:
- Knowledge of cloud computing solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Sales technical certifications or experience with cloud IT solutions.
- Experience in sales presentations to corporate clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or similar is a plus
- Able to work in a hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office)
