Description and Requirements

As Lenovo Solution Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Move company to software systems business model from hardware
  • Own the solution/product specifications, requirements, and release plans
  • Work with ISV and/or internal R&D to evaluate and integrate the solutions into company offerings.
  • Serve as the external and internal link for the solution/product, working with key customers and sales channel.
  • Understand the overall market, competitors and technologies in retail industry
  • Have a strong software background, especially in the retail industry, e.g. POS software, WMS, ERP etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as customers, business development and the sales team) to understand needs, priorities and translate into solution/product requirements and definitions

Position Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of working experience in retail-related industries
  • Experience in software product management
  • Ability to work independently be detail and results-oriented and a being a problem solver
