We are looking for a Solutions Project Manager, within ISG’s Product Enablement Team. You will report to the Sr. Manager IT Engineering.

This position will require a working knowledge of product offerings across hardware, software, and services as well as the functional processes used to bring these offerings into the ISG product portfolio. 

You will serve as a partner for the product marketing teams and executives in making sure our offerings support the customer, product strategy and goals. 

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Understand Lenovo hardware, software, and services offerings as well as business goals and product marketability. 

• Understand Lenovo DCG products, how to utilize function in the sales configurator to configure the products.

• Prepare documentation for developers to model into sales configurator rule.

• Receive inputs from multiple sources and build a successful plan for implementing the new product solution.

• Ability to help define processes or improve current processes.

• Own and understand the data required to support your projects.

• Ability to understand how to enable product availability strategy within the different go to market processes of ISG, IDG, and SSG organizations of Lenovo. 

• Ability to drive conversation, understanding, and negotiate between technical teams to meet the goals of the offering and deliver excellence to our customer. 

• Proactive learner with the ability to research and quickly understand the needs of the sales team and their market value.

Position Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 

• Previous experience developing product requirements and delivering requirements is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in requirements management preferred.

• Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 

• Excellent written and verbal English communication, team, and people skills. 

• Strong presentation skills. 

• Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.  

• Ability to work well with all levels sales and management, both internally and externally.  

• Ability to solve complex problems and be persistent and assertive in the face of obstacles.

Base gross monthly salary from 1700 EUR gross depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
