Position Description: 

Report to the SSG CFO Work closely with the geography/region/BG/function Finance Leaders; and other business leaders Manage financial planning and forecasting process Identify business and operational potentials, be a champion of change management and the drive for continuous business growth and improvement Provide insight to management on overall financial performance Key owner to ensure governance and risk management, across balance sheet risk, internal control weakness, statutory filing status, and pending tax matters. Together with other group finance leaders Drive transformation, develop, operate and ensure efficient and effective financial systems in place; Ad-hoc projects management include improving revenues, data accuracy, centralize and standardization, process management, analyzing returns on investment in SSG business; Build the SSG HQ finance team, Leading, mentoring and provide guidance to junior Finance staff. 

Position Requirements: 

An intelligent, ambitious, commercially curious and dynamic strategic finance professional Possess outstanding academics achieved from a leading international university Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, commercially astute with the ability to contribute to a global strategy Able to deliver good results in a fast-paced, demanding environment Composed, highly motivated and loves challenges International work experience and education is highly valued An organized team player, with an ability to utilize their own initiative, willing to tackle a range of tasks from admin through to project ownership Results-driven, creative in approach

Language requirement - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) - Must have
