Description and Requirements

You will
  • Reach out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warranties
  • Upsell and renew warranties on laptops sold by Lenovo
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warranties
  • Provide quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customers
  • Addressing customer concerns and objections
  • Process sales orders and complete necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
  • Have good understanding of Channel business model
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.
  • Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.
  • Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines.
You Bring
  • Professional degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Three to Five(3-5) years relevant experience in an Inside Sales role selling upselling and warranty services for Hardware products like PC, Laptops, Desktop, Tablets etc.
  • Good sales mindset in attracting customers and meeting sales numbers.
  • Must have good MS Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-lookup experience.
  • Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Thai language and good command of English.
