Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Global Accounts Services team, covering LAS (LA Spanish Speaking Countries), focused on accelerating growth in our Solutions and Services business. You will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on driving services revenue across our Global Accounts business. As Global Accounts Inside Sales Representative, you will be assertive, goal-oriented, articulate, and possess sound communicational and customer-facing skills.

You will be responsible for developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to address questions (from customers and the sales team) and promote offerings. You will support to configure, price, negotiate, and quote services sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow up to close the business opportunity.

You will drive the day to day operational services business in partnership with the aligned field Solution and Services Executive and the extended Global Accounts team. You will report to the SSG Sales Leader for the Americas region. The ideal candidate is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of Lenovo’s services solutions through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve your revenue-based quota by selling Lenovo Solutions and Services

  • Optimize Revenue and CSAT for assigned Global Accounts regional territory and work with colleagues world-wide for seamless execution

  • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast through CRM Pipeline Management

  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements

  • Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections to retain customers or win new prospect

  • Manage high volume of customer (external / internal) enquiries

  • Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions

  • Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a customer service or overlay sales capacity preferred

  • Prior success in achievement individual and/or team sales quota/goals

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment while developing positive rapport

  • Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

  • Good time management

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success
