Description and Requirements

Lenovo is currently seeking a Solution and Services Executive to join our dynamic team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing systems integration outsourcing projects, involving customized multi-product/multi-vendor solutions encompassing hardware, software, and services, including Managed Services and Device as a Service (DaaS)

As a Solution and Services Executive, you will leverage your strong sales skills to engage and close opportunities with decision-makers, emphasizing the value of our comprehensive technology solutions. These solutions not only include state-of-the-art hardware and software components but also Managed Services to provide ongoing IT support and optimization, as well as DaaS to streamline device provisioning, management, and lifecycle maintenance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying Opportunities: The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential systems integration outsourcing projects. This may involve understanding the needs of potential clients and how Lenovo's products and services, including Managed Services and DaaS offerings, can meet those needs.
  • Developing Solutions: Once opportunities are identified, the executive will need to work on developing customized multi-product/multi-vendor solutions, encompassing hardware, software, and services. This includes leveraging Managed Services expertise to provide ongoing IT support and DaaS solutions to streamline device provisioning and management.
  • Closing Deals: Closing deals is a crucial aspect of the role. This requires strong sales skills and the ability to engage with decision-makers within client organizations. It also involves articulating the benefits of Lenovo's Managed Services and DaaS offerings for long-term client success.
  • Long Sales Cycle: It's mentioned that some deals may have a long sales cycle. This means that patience and persistence in nurturing leads and maintaining client relationships, especially when it comes to Managed Services and DaaS contracts, will be essential.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • A strong background in sales, especially in technology or IT-related fields, would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of systems integration, outsourcing, and technology solutions, including Managed Services and DaaS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with decision-makers.
  • The ability to understand and analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions, encompassing Managed Services and DaaS.
  • Patience and resilience to handle deals with extended sales cycles.
