Description and Requirements
As a client-facing sales role, industry sales experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise are required. We are looking for an acquisition seller with a proven track record to take their career and our Services and Solutions business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain revenue and margin goals through driving new business and promoting Lenovo’s ever-expanding portfolio of services and solutions.
- Take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business.
- Drive the voice of the customer and partner across multiple organizations, including sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners, leading all elements of the services sales cycle.
- Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
- Develop C-level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers.
- Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments.
- Ensure that customers receive world-class sales and customer service.
- Define a framework to manage long-term strategy and forecasting by consistently using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Successful services and solutions sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful services and solutions sales experience.
- Experience selling technology services.
- Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work.
- Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies.
In summary, we are seeking an experienced Solutions and Services Executive to sell Lenovo's expanding solutions, services, and software portfolio to strategic corporate accounts across the United States. The successful candidate will have industry sales experience and expertise and will work with Lenovo’s Industry Solutions team and technical organization to own end-to-end sales engagement for customers. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales engagement process to ensure we meet the customer’s requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and have a proven track record of success.
This is a remote position with no relocation required. Candidates nationwide are encouraged to apply. Anticipate travel up to 40% of the time within the East Coast region and time zone.
The base salary range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $100 - $120k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
