Having these priorities in mind we are looking for exceptional candidates into the role of Solution & Services Sales Executive for our region of Southeast Europe. As Solution & Services Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving IDG Solutions & Services in our Enterprise and Public Sector and Global Accounts segment.
The Solution & Services Sales Executive:
· Drives territory and account planning with the core sales teams deriving strategies to increase the services penetration, Qualifies, Develops and closes services & solution opportunities together with the extended Lenovo teams or on their own, Focuses on larger deals for both close to the box as well as professional services solutions
· Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs.
· Engages with partners effectively to jointly develop solutions fitting to the customer’s needs, Builds growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled reviews and updates, Is responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly or yearly revenue quotas.
· Acts as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key Stakeholders, Cooperates with the growing, extended team of services & solutions experts within the region and EMEA
Key requirements are:
· 10+ years of experience of selling client related services and solutions to Large Enterprises and / or the Public sector, 10+ years of experience in selling complex integration projects including software, hardware and services related to both endpoint and infrastructure solution,
· Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder, and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management,
· Experience in using of CRM solutions, Experience and expertise selling to senior level business decision makers including C-Level contacts.
· Long term experience in negotiations, Experience in territory management including countries from Southeast Europe, Experience in security solutions for endpoint and infrastructure environment, Experience in international sales with different cultures and markets in SEE
· Strong sales reporting experience, comfortable in forecasting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly base, the position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's Services & solutions and have a firm understanding of industry strategies and products;
· Experience leading large deals especially also complex E2E client solutions
· Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions and capabilities, Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
· Adaptive in challenging sales ecosystem, related not only to direct customers, but also to high number of Business Partners coming from different markets, Fluent in English as pre requisite and add-on for native language.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
The role reports into the regional Solution & Services Sales leader. SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
