Description and Requirements
Lenovo is looking for a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to build a robust talent pipeline and create a sourcing strategy for the EMEA Region. This position will be critical in leading and managing research and sourcing activities for Talent Acquisition Team, HR and the Business.
This is not a standard sourcing position where you will be involved in working on particular requisitions. This role requires creativity, innovative thinking and strategic approach as you will be involved in different talent research initiatives starting from talent mapping through D&I focused projects and process improvements.
You will have chance to learn non standard approach to talent sourcing and shape the way sourcing is applied.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand business requirements and advise on sourcing strategy
- Conduct talent searches using standard and creative methods
- Pre-identifying talent and building pipelines for critical business units
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lenovo externally
- Work on various talent mapping/research initiatives
- Come up with new ideas of how to attract talent and further build our brand
- Work together with a global sourcing team to exchange the ideas and come up with process improvements
- Min of 3 years of sourcing experience or recruitment + sourcing experience
- Strong experience in international recruitment, especially EMEA
- Ability to think and manage multiple projects independently
- Knowledge of most up to date sourcing tools and methods
- Creative and problem solving attitude
