Sourcing professional for ECAT, support the projects developed in Vietnam/GDL including purchase agreements negotiation to attain highest quality at best value, purchasing costs. Provide cost Model/clean Sheet analytics per M1 required including COO investigation, 80% NCNT rate target, 95% multiple source rate target, Non-PSL vefications.
