Job Description :
• Contribute & help lead on Operational Excellence projects as part of a worldwide team. 
• Projects will look at enhancing profitability and efficiency across operational and financial areas. 
• Monitor processes and systems to identify, assess, manage, and report risks Identify business risk or areas for improvement in the business and drive a successful resolution
• Conduct compliance testing & reporting to senior management 
 • Liaise with Commercial Finance and Internal Audit as a key business partner on key finance topics 
• Work with regional management to monitor performance of business controls and drive standardization wherever possible.

Job Requirements :
• Past experience of interacting with Senior Management Strong financial skills & experience in Finance/Accounting in an international environment a bonus 
• Excellent English, both oral  & written
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel with various functions and regions
• Proven track record in methodically driving solutions for complex problems that involve cross-functional disciplines 
• 5-10 years functional experience in one or more of the following areas : Finance, Program Management , Consultancy, Supply Chain, Operations, Internal Controls, Audit. CPA, CIA, Chartered Accountant or MBA or similar qualification
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with leading ERP (e.g. Oracle / Hyperion / SAP-BPC) system is ideal
• Able to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced, demanding environment and can be creative in approach.
