Description and Requirements

Work with LA channel sales team reviewing channel program with channel sales leader and communicate it to business partners;
Train and support channel program, promotion and incentives;
Open programs and promotions in Lenovo’s tool according to defined budget approved by CFO and 4P;

Channel Program budget control;

Channel Incentive campaigns control;

BP’s quota performance analysis against channel program rules (quota vs actual);

Weekly promotion report;

Channel quota suggestion (quarterly);

Input to Finance & Incentives teams on accruals on promotions, program & rebates;

Follow payment process and payments reports;

Support Distributor / reseller in claim process for payments;

Support projects deployment;

Work proactively to improve processes;
