Description and Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead Job Architecture redesign and implementation for a major business group.
  • Support the HR Partners by providing insights, guidance, and data validation during the Annual Comp Cycle for their respective business groups.
  • Market research into compensation practices for select countries and/or job families, by partnering with country-based HR Partners, GEO based Comp consultants, and leveraging survey market data.
  • Prepare Business-wide analyses in conjunction with market data to assess compensation competitiveness.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy of job & comp details in Workday.
  • Perform job evaluations and individual compensation recommendations.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience and 3 years in HR/Comp or Finance, strongly preferred.
  • Prefer minimum of 3 years as a compensation analyst or comp consultant.
  • Prefer candidates with experience leading Job Architecture projects.
  • Prefer candidates that have participated in survey matching and submission process with key vendors in High Tech: Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.
  • Able and willing to work across different time zones – e.g. US to China & US to Europe.
  • Must have strong analytical mindset and capabilities.
  • Able to work independently without day-to-day manager oversight
  • Prefer experience with Workday, Workday’s compensation management tools are a plus.
  • Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large complex data sets.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to present data in a clear, concise format.
  • Project management and demonstrated ability to lead global projects.
  • Able to meet the cyclical demands of the job.
