Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our business operations, improve customer experiences, and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation within the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in digital transformation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a B2B environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting digital transformation for eCommerce in both D2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, IoT, and data analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
