Responsibilities:
1. Working with Biz executives on strategy design and IT architecture
2. Lead E2E solution design of Lenovo Service & Solution Group
3. Drive Corp level Digital transformation project
4. Design and enable KPI lead transformation initiatives
5. Lead internal and external IT team to realize digital solution globally
Reqirements:
1. 10+ yrs Global Service related experiences including Service Model design, Process mapping, Global Project Management, and IT project realization
2. 10+ yrs IT experiences including SAP, CRM (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamic365) and self-development
3. 5+ yrs experiences leading internal/external global development team on global IT solution realization (both waterfall and agile)
4. Fluent in English communication and presentation in executive level
