Description and Requirements

Sr. Analyst – People Analytics & Workforce Planning

  • Location: Beijing, China
  • Org: People Analytics Team, reports to Julie Qiu

We are seeking a senior Analyst who will work on the Global People Analytics, Workforce Strategy and solutions. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong problem solving, data analysis, consulting skills along with equally strong communication, presentation and intuition for business. We seek a self-starter, who is willing to adapt well to changing requirements and work with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems, gather business requests.
  • Conduct data process and visualization with technical skill set.
  • Develop compelling, logically structured presentations that can synthesize complex data into insights and action plan, develop and deliver complex reports of both internal & external people analytics and talent market intelligence.
  • Act as a thought partner and domain expert on People analytics best practices and keep up to date on new trends in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree. Technical graduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 year+ experience in data analytics related work. Able to present and clearly communicate complex data, analyses, and findings to non-experts.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Python, SQL skills, and Office PPT, Excel etc.
  • Fluent in English, could work b-lingual with Global team.
  • History of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing peers and executive-level stakeholders with data, research and compelling narrative content.
