Description and Requirements

This role will be a key role to LA GTN team requiring strong knowledge expertise, team & stakeholder management, ability to handle communications with senior stakeholders (e.g. CFOs, Channel Leads) & external partners as well as project / transition / transformation management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Seamlessly manage the transition of work to Buenos Aires and to deliver key payment SLAs (such as timeliness / accuracy) for LAS PCSD & ISG (around $40M a qtr., 10K+ programs)
  • Manage business partners and channel queries and disputes
  • Optimize/enhance payment processes and SLAs leveraging new system deployments 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
  • 1-3 years leading a team (mandatory)
  • Experience with Analytics tools (desirable)
  • Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across the organization
  • Possess a positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.
