Description and Requirements

Job Description : Manage HR operations for assigned business, including:  1.Manage and optimize organization development projects and drive organization diagnose to meet business needs. 2.Prevent mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage.  3.Partner with HR Partner team to communicate ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services.  4.Enhance employee engagement and communication with regular newsletter delivery and employee events coordination. 5.Drive organization culture cultivation, cascade culture values and promote culture behaviors via various approach.   Job Requirement: 1.Bachelor Degree and above, Master Degree will be prioritized.  2.2~5 years HR professional experience 3.Fluent in written and oral English 4.Strong communication and problem solving skills, demonstrated analytical and process management capability 5.Quick learner and be passionate and aspired with great teamwork and self-driven.
