Description and Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Smart Collaboration team in Morrisville, NC. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the smart collaboration space. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
You will work with field partners and end-user customers in the US to drive opportunities and education around Lenovo's Smart Collaboration portfolio offerings. Account Representatives will support configuration discussions and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, high-level demos, product information and overall account support via voice and video platforms. The Inside Sales Representative will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, outbound calls and weekly program follow ups with the partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo's smart collaboration products.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lenovo's smart collaboration product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Training & Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quota carrying sales position, preferably in the technology sector.
Preferred Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with smart collaboration products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
