Description and Requirements

This role supports the Lenovo Services Upsell team responsible for revenue growth through Parts Sales and Billable Services. Responsibilities include support for billing, credits and vendor management.  This role will be measured on supporting an exceptional customer experience and timely resolution of activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Billing for Parts Sales and Billable Repair transactions
  • Dispute resolution including processing credits and issuing RMAs
  • Support for credit line renewals and tax certificates
  • Vendor management including maintaining account details and new vendor set ups

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years prior sales operations and partner engagement experience or equivalent
  • Understanding of policies, procedures, and processes related to billing activities
  • Strong customer focus and communication
  • Relevant systems experience (MSD, SAP, LGVM, ECMS)
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem resolution skills
  • Works well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activities
