Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1.根据业务情况梳理客户LTV经营业务流程,挖掘客户经营机会和提升点;
2.规划客户LTV经营产品平台,包括客户数据分析的数据产品规划和面向运营和营销的平台工具规划;
3.根据LTV业务发展需求以及和不同业务线的结合不断拓展客户LTV经营的使用场景,持续迭代LTV平台产品;
4.与IT开发团队及业务各BU团队高效配合推动项目的实施、交付和应用推广。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,在用户增长/产品优化/商业分析/广告投放方向上具有5年以上相关经验,具备产品规划、设计以及交付的能力,有零售行业经验和全程独立落地产品经验优先考虑;
2.有较好的技术理解能力,对数据敏感,较强的逻辑分析能力,结构化思维,善于独立思考归纳总结;
3.具有良好的职业素养和极强的工作责任心, 做事积极高效、抗压能力强;
4.有强烈的创新意识,善于分析市场状况和用户需求,洞察产品机会;
5.英文口语流利,可以作为工作语言使用。
