Description and Requirements


1. Lead the “Service Data E2E Management” team, maintain master data and manage data quality in source and downstream systems, define master data rules, maintenance and management processes and design master data related system functions with IT; initiate cross-functional projects as enabling data visibility on granularity and lifecycle extension for supporting detail business management and upselling; make master data related knowledge and skills sharing to brother teams, provide professional support and consultant to brother teams.

2. Lead digital transformation to drive business improvement by realizing KPI automation and visualization, business processes online, and making predictive data analysis for decision support. Build data-driven platform, including server/cluster build-up, unified data standards definition, data warehouse development (SQL server & big data), data visualization, automation tools and website development.

3. Team management for business goals achievements and talents development, assess business opportunities and pain points and make strategic planning, project planning and KPI setting, build up BMS for business performance tracking and regularly give presentation to executives.

1. More than 8 years' in-depth experience in data management or digital transformation. Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management and complex project management. Experience on service/supply chain IT system design and development will be a plus.
2. Ability to thrive within a fast-paced metrics driven environment and manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously, outstanding attention to detail, exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

3. Strategic thinking and forwarding looking. Result & performance driven. Quick learner and agile to changes. Passionate, self-motivated, proactive and strong team leader as well as team player. Excellent written and oral English, strong communication and presentation skills.
