Description and Requirements

The ISO Sales L&D team is a crucial part of the Lenovo International Sales Organization which is go to market organization for all Lenovo outside of Mainland China. We are a globally centralized function under the ISO Sales Transformation & Enablement team working as the lynchpin to strategize and drive frameworks, programs and governance to enable our sales force with the right set of skills and knowledge at the right time.

Job Brief: 
Key Responsibilities include:
•Design, Develop and Deploy in-house Sales Training Curricula, Programs, Workshops etc. for internal sales employees across the world. 
•Specific focus on integrating sales skills and product/offering knowledge to enable Solution Selling Capabilities through the learning programs.
•Utilize the latest learning methodologies, models and techniques to effective and continuous learning through blended modes (WBT, VILT, ILT etc.)
•Partner closely with other internal L&D teams across business groups and geographies ensure learning content is aligned with global framework and audience needs.
•Evaluate impact of learning programs and demonstrate continuous improvement.
•Facilitate/Co-Facilitate Sales Learning Events as required.
•Work closely with external Learning Partners / Vendors as required
•Any other responsibilities that may be assigned based on business needs
•Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent is required.
•Any additional formal certification in Learning Design, Competency Development, Assessment Tools or similar would be preferred.

Work Experience:
•12+years of experience in large multi-national IT organizations in a similar role
•Experience in designing sales competency/skill development training with specific focus on B2B Solution Selling / Consultative Selling
•Direct experience in Enterprise Sales or Marketing Roles in the IT Industry
•Multi-geography / Global Experience with an understanding of sales audiences across American, European and Asian markets 
•Consistent performance rating of meeting/exceeding expectations

Required Skills/Ability:
•Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and latest practices in the field of organizational learning and development.
•Proven expertise in designing B2B sales training/learning programs in IT
•Ability to ideate, convert ideas into definite actions and effectively present
•Ability to be a thought leader and influence a diverse set of stakeholders (including senior executives)
•Ability to demonstrate a positive, self-driven attitude and a willingness to constantly learn and improve.
•Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment
•Ability to proactively reach out and connect with people across different geographies and levels and build good working relationships, collaboration and teamwork in a complex matrix organization.
•Advanced level of written and spoken English
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced), SharePoint, Teams (Advanced), Outlook, Word
•Ability to work across time zones with flexible working hours

•Ability to train on Business Storytelling, CxO Conversations and similar skill areas.
•Ability/Experience to use authoring tools like Articulate 360 to create/package e-learning content and publish on the LMS
•Experience Data Analytics and usage of data visualization tools like Qlik View
•Internal Marketing & Communications Experience
